Innovative bath have amazing employees like Anthony that took time to explain the great products they have to offer. He was patient with all our questions and attentive to our specific needs. Innovative Restoration did an excellent job on my shower remodel. While there were a couple of issues during the installation phase, they were quick to respond and make the necessary corrections. Just had the most beautiful shower installed in a tiny bathroom. Makes such a big difference! The price was fair, the salesman was kind, and the workers were efficient.

Update: we have discovered one flaw that is a bit annoying.  The ledges of the base that support the walls and door are not angled well, so they don't drain water and build up mold very easily. We have to clean the shower a minimum of twice a week to keep it down. Don't know if this is a normal issue with this shower type or an abnormality in ours. We also still can't remove a film in parts of the shower from some sort of adhesive. We had a bathroom tub/shower and flooring install for our main bathroom. Anthony Azevedo was our sales rep and was very helpful in finding what we were looking for as well as beating the competition by about 5000 dollars. Materials seemed to be comparable. There was about a 4 month lag time between ordering and installation. We knew this in advance due to material availability. Mike's team conducted the install for us. They were very personable and polite. Answered any questions that i had and overall did a good job. The only issues that we had were loose fittings of the shower components and loose toilet base. Love my new walk-in shower. Anthony helped us create a new bathroom space that is unique and meets all of our needs. John, the installer, was super professional and he and his crew cleaned every bit of dirt and dust before they left. They were there in time and got everything finished faster than we expected.
Several other companies turned us down because they couldn’t make a custom sized pan and they wanted to move walls. Innovative Restorations made everything work. We have used Bath Fitter in the past, but weren’t as happy with the last project they did. Innovative Restorations has a great product. It’s perfect! I would recommend Innovative Restorations.  We contracted them To update the showers in both our bathrooms. The timeframe was 20 weeks out, mostly due to the fact they had to special order one shower pan, due to the size and shape.  They kept their word and updated us every 3 weeks.
